Current Status:
March 26, 2008, 7:40 AM - ...and we're back. I don't have any word on what was wrong yet but our servers are once again reachable from the internet.
March 26, 2008, 7:30 AM - our colocation provider, ATX, is currently experiencing a problem with their network. This is preventing all Klatha servers from being reachable from the internet, including web servers and mail servers. We will post more information as soon as we have it.

HOW TO CONTACT US
If you are a klatha.com customer, please contact us by one of the following methods:
1. Send email to support@klatha.com. Writing to this address will cause your request to be given a unique ticket number which will help us direct your request to the appropriate person and follow up with you in a timely fashion. This address is monitored every weekday.
2. Call (215) 843 5617 or (888) 441 1931. Our voicemail system is designed to route support calls to a staff person for quick handling. In general, this line is monitored for urgent messages 24 hours per day.
3. Send us a fax at (215) 893 3826. Please do not send time-sensitive requests by fax.
