SYSTEM ANNOUNCEMENTS
Current Status:
Thursday 7/9, 8:50 am - An unusually large amount of mail received by one customer overnight caused disks to fill on deliver2.klatha.com, resulting in all mail services being interrupted from approximately 4:30 AM to 8:50 AM. Space has been cleared and all services should be functioning normally. Service may be running a bit slowly until all of the queues clear.

1. Send email to support@klatha.com. Writing to this address will cause your request to be given a unique ticket number which will help us direct your request to the appropriate person and follow up with you in a timely fashion. This address is monitored every weekday.
2. Call (215) 843 5617 or (888) 441 1931. Our voicemail system is designed to route support calls to a staff person for quick handling. In general, this line is monitored for urgent messages 24 hours per day.
3. Send us a fax at (215) 893 3826. Please do not send time-sensitive requests by fax.
